MES Recognized as Thirteen-Year Gold Leader

Posted on Oct 17, 2015

Management and Engineering Services, LLC was recognized by the Colorado Environmental Leadership Program (ELP), a program of the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment, at an event held October 16, 2015 at the Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum in Denver. ELP is a voluntary program that recognizes organizations that go beyond compliance with environmental regulations and strive toward a goal of  sustainability. Members work through three levels of partnership: Bronze, Silver and Gold. To qualify as a Gold Leader, which MES has done for 13 years in succession, the company:

  • Has in place a fully operational, facility-specific Environmental Management System with goals.
  • Meets the beyond-compliance requirements for the Gold tier.
  • Has no serious violations for three years, or criminal violations for five years.

As Management and Engineering Services, LLC continues to work as consultant with clients of all kinds to help bring them along to achieve this level as well, MES continues to seek improvements in its best management practices to proudly maintain this level for years to come.
